Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data. The personal data provided will be processed as follows:

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out for:

  • the processing of internal statistics;
  • the issuing of estimates and offers to active and/or potential customers;
  • the sending of commercial information regarding its activities to active and/or potential customers;
  • the exchange of communications regarding the economic, administrative, and commercial activity of the company – via telephone, mail, courier, fax, e-mail, and through areas of the website;
  • fulfilling obligations provided for by laws, regulations, community legislation, civil, and tax rules.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Data processing for the aforementioned purposes:

  • is carried out through operations or sets of operations indicated in Art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003;
  • is performed using electronic means suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality;
  • is carried out by the administrators of this site or by personnel directly appointed by them.

The provision of requested data remains strictly optional, except as provided in the following point.

REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA

Any refusal to provide personal data by the interested parties makes it impossible to complete the services linked to the necessary submission of personal data.

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA

The data collected may be communicated and disseminated to the personnel in charge of the administration and maintenance of the site, responsible for such procedures or, in any case, involved for service reasons, without requiring the consent of the data subject;

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 recognizes the following rights for the data subject:

  • right to be informed about the existence or absence of data concerning them within the administration, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form (Art. 7, paragraph 1), their origin (Art. 7, paragraph 2, letter a), the purposes and methods of processing (Art. 7, paragraph 2, letter b), the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments (Art. 7, paragraph 2, letter c);
  • right to be informed about the identifying details of the owner, the manager (Art. 7, paragraph 2, letter d), and the representative (Art. 5, paragraph 2);
  • right to be informed of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as owners, managers, or appointees (Art. 7, paragraph 2, letter e);
  • right to obtain the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data (Art. 7, paragraph 3, letter a);
  • right to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed (Art. 7, paragraph 3, letter b);
  • right to obtain certification that the operations referred to in Art. 7, paragraph 3, letters a) and b) of the law have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right (Art. 7, paragraph 3, letter c);
  • right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of data for legitimate reasons and for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or market research or commercial communication (Art. 7, paragraph 4, letters a) and b);
  • right to compensation for damage caused as a result of the processing of personal data (Art. 15);
  • right to appeal to the judicial authority or to the Privacy Guarantor to assert the rights listed above (Art. 141 and 145).
